Just two minutes on the Saltash side of the Tamar Bridge makes me very accessible from all areas around Plymouth and East Cornwall/Devon. I am also on the bus route, it stops outside my front door and for a small fee I would, if necessary , collect locally. I am also be happy to work via parcel delivery.
